Common Prayer:- Contempt petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for deliberate disobedience of this Court order passed in W.P.Nos.21728 & 25829 of 2021 respectively, dated 17.09.2021. In both Cont.Ps.

For Petitioners : Mr.Tamilvanan For Respondents For R1 & R2 : Mr.U.Baranidharan Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.21728 & 25829 of 2021, thereby directing the respondents to transfer and effect mutation of the revenue records in favour of the respective petitioners in respect of their respective lands. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioners will be issued patta within a period of one weeks. He further submitted that in fact the petitioners also issued with no objection certificate from the housing board.
