(CRIME NO.166/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30am until further orders on the petitioner in CRL.MP.NO.13806/2021 in CRL.OP.NO.21147/2021 dated 21/12/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21147 of 2021 on 12.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions are unaltered.
