This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 27.03.2006 made in I.A.No.4 of 2005 in Contempt OP No.3 of 2004 in O.S.No.121 of 1999 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sirkali.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the connected Second Appeal filed against O.S.No.121 of 1999 is closed as settled out of Court and hence, nothing survives in this Petition. He has also produced a copy of the order before this Court.
