This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for executing sureties as directed in the order dated 10.05.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.11114 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent State.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners are unable to arrange sureties within the time stipulated by this Court due to their financial constraint, this Court grants one month time to the petitioners from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
