It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police that initially case was registered for offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C., later, it was altered into offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 201, 120 (b) IPC and seven persons were arrayed as accused and out of seven accused, six accused were arrested, fifth accused was granted anticipatory bail, other five accused are in judicial custody and one more accused is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent/Police and investigation is in progress and within a period of two months, final report would be filed.
