ORDER
Perused the petition.
This Court finds that Crl.M.P.No.1041 of 2017 filed by the petitioner/A4 seeking return of the documents seized from the custody during search of the premises is pending before the District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur, without any final disposal.
From the docket entry, this Court finds that the Court below is adjourning the case for enquiry periodically in spite of the fact that counter by the respondent was filed as early as on 2014. It is stated by the petitioner that some of the documents which were seized in the custody of the Court are documents, required for the petitioner for his day-to-day activities. It appears that RC book of his vehicle, Sale deed, his diary and Identity Card are some of the documents which are seized and kept by the Investigation Agency.

Since, prima facie, this Court finds that these documents can be returned with an undertaking and furnish the certified photo copies of the same, the Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the application on or before 16.04.2018. With this direction, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
