2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for transfer of the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 379 and 323 of IPC.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is a President of Madras High Court Association, High Court, Madras and he made a complaint against the five persons namely Anand, Ashok Kumar, Alagirisamy, Selvam and Prabhakaran, who were contesting election against the petitioner and also assaulted him.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner was passed away in the year 2012. Therefore, the investigation itself abated.
