This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent herein to transfer the case in Cr.No.937 of 2015 from the file of the first respondent to the file of the CBCID, Kancheepuram for further investigation.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that already investigation was completed in crime No.937 of 2015 and action dropped and referred charge sheet notice was also served to the petitioner. 4.
