ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2015 and CSR No.310/2015 dated 12.03.2015 issued by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.310 of 2015 is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.310/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
