CRIME NO. 327 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every saturday at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl.OP.NO.22539 of 2021 by order dated 26.11.2021 in Crime No. 327 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22539 of 2021 dated 26.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
