Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of impugned lease auction notice dated 06.01.2022 in Na.Ka.No.9/2022 issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same in so far Serial No.1 with regard to collection Weekly Sandy Toll in the 4th respondent Town Panchayat, Consequently direct the 4th respondent to extend the lease period of the petitioner for compensation based on the application dated 16.12.2021.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly made a submission that the impugned auction notification dated 06.01.2022 was cancelled by the 4th respondent on 20.01.2022. Thus, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished.

2. In respect of the waiver of the amount deposited, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for appropriate remedy.

3.With this liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
