ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigate of the case in Crime No.406 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent police to the Crime Branch - Criminal Investigation Department (CBCID). 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.406 of 2023 the third respondent filed final report on 08.06.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pollur, Thiruvannamalai District. Therefore, no investigation is pending in Crime No.406 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent.

Considering the above submission, the question of transfer of investigation doesn't arise. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
