ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that keeping in view the issue raised and also in the light of the explanation given in support of the delay condonation application, sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay. We accordingly allow the delay condonation application. The appeal shall be treated to be within time and be given the regular number.
