This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent for speedy disposal of the Appeal dated 20.03.2021 presented by the petitioner and received by the first respondent on 26.03.2021 by fixing a time schedule by this Hon'ble Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 20.03.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
