This petition is filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.72473 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Mr.K.C.Karl Marx, the learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 in the cause list at the time of admission.
