O R D E R
This revision has been filed against the order made in F.C.M.C.No.32 of 2022 dated 26.09.2024 on the file of the Family Court, Vellore, thereby dismissing the petition for maintenance. 2.The petitioner got married with the respondent on 04.09.1995 and due to the said wedlock two children were born to them. Due to 1/4
adultery relationship of the petitioner, she was thrown out from the matrimonial home and thereafter the petitioner filed a petition for maintenance. During the trial on the side of the respondents D.W.1 and D.W.2 had been examined. D.W.2 is none other than daughter of the petitioner herein, who in her deposition stated that she had seen that the petitioner was in physical relationship with another male person. Therefore, it is evident that the petitioner was living in adultery relationship, that apart the petitioner deserted the respondent and her daughter for the past 17 years without any sufficient reason. Therefore, the petitioner is not at all entitled for any maintenance. Hence, the Trial Court has rightly dismissed the maintenance petition on merits.
3. In view of the above facts, this Court finds that there is no reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
