When these matters are taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that, during the pendency of the above writ petitions, the parties have arrived at a compromise and to that effect the joint memorandum of compromise between the petitioner and the second respondent dated 20.02.2025 has been filed before this Page No.3 of 10
Court, which has been signed by the petitioner and the second respondent and also by the learned counsel for the parties.

4. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 20.02.2025 and the same shall form part and parcel of the records. No Costs.
