These Criminal Original petitions have been filed seeking to transfer the C.C.No.45, 46, 47, 48/2006 respectively from the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu to Additional CMM Court (EO or EO11) at Egmore, Chennai for conducting the trial.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cases pending in C.C.Nos.45, 46, 47, 48/2006, respectively has already been disposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu, vide order dated 10.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
