Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Miscellaneous Petition on hand has been instituted to condone the delay of 628 days in filing the intra-Court appeal.

2. The only reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition would show that there was an administrative delay. Even stage wise administrative delay has not been narrated properly and such a vague reason stated for condoning the enormous delay is unacceptable.

3. Therefore the delay is un-condonable. Consequently, the Petition stands dismissed and W.A.Sr.No.14677 of 2021 stands rejected. (S.M.S.,J.) (C.K.,J.) 02-02-2026 DSA
