J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board on instructions would submit that electricity service connection has been provided to the premises of the respondents.

2. However, it is contended that Board is empowered to recover the arrears due to be recovered. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
