PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the name from the rowdy list and close the history sheet on the file of the 5th respondent in H.S.No.9 of 2022 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2022.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the name from the rowdy list and close the history sheet on the file of the 5th respondent in H.S.No.9 of 2022 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is frequently harassing the petitioner and therefore petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.29882 of 2022 before this Court seeking relief of not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering his representation dated 18.10.2022. This Court on 12.12.2022 disposed the

said petition giving direction to the respondent to follow the procedures while calling the petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner had given representation to the respondents on 21.12.2022 for removing his name from the rowdy list. However, till now, no order is passed. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted tht the petitioner has one previous case against him and his name is recorded in the rowdy list in H.S.No.09 of 2022. He further submitted that petitioner's representation will be considered and suitable orders will be passed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders.
