Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Allotment Order of the 2nd respondent in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.G1/11514/2015 dated 25.02.2016 and quash in respect of allotment of Residence No.F152 to the petitioner alone and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to allot the Residence No. O-375 in Aranganathapuram, Korkkupet, Chennai-600 021 to the petitioner.
