the Petitioners from the additional qualifications of passing the Papers I and II of the Tamil Nadu School Education Department Administrative Test as per G.O.Ms.No.14 School Education (SE 2(1) Department dated 30.01.2020 for being promoted to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to instruct the respective Headmasters namely Respondents 4 and 5 to send the names of the Petitioners to the 2nd Respondent for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmaster so that the Petitioners can be called for counselling to be held on 28.01.2022 or any other subsequent date for the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters as per the calendar published by the 2nd respondent.
