This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the objection/representation given by the petitioner on 20.11.2024, wherein, the petitioner is objecting to entertaining any documents presented for registration with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.D.Mario Johnson, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of 1st and 3rd respondents submitted that as and when any documents are presented for registration pertaining to the subject property, the objections given by the petitioner will be dealt with and the 3rd respondent will take a decision in accordance with law. 2/4
