O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey the petitioners' land based on the petitioners' application dated 23.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. There is a prevailing practice in the State that if any person wants to survey his land, he has to make application before the respondents through online and also make a payment through E-challan. The petitioners are not in a position to say as to whether they made any application through online and also paid the necessary payment through E-challan and also not produced any document to that effect.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.2744 of 2024 is ordered on payment of separate court fees by each of the petitioners.

If the petitioners make an application through proper channel in the manner known to law, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.
