Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the bail condition in para 6(c) the petitioners shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.19226 of 2020 order dated 09.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the Tirunelveli police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19226 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19226 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020. is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
