This petition has been filed to amend the prayer of the main writ petition in W.P.No.27604 of 2017 instead of calling for the records in the proceedings No.52534/N2/1/2016 dated 03.08.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same AS calling for the records in the Proceedings 1/3

RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi No.52534/N2/1/2016 dated 03.08.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal incompetent and ultravires and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Professor for Pharmacy.

2. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent has no objection for allowing this petition and she made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
