While going through the papers, it has come to my notice that the Second Appellate Court had stayed all further proceedings before the Rent Control Appellate Authority. The present revision arises against the order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, after the order of stay had been granted by the Second Appellate Court in S.A.No.1001 of 2000 dated 23.04.2006. To be clear that the stay was granted on 23.04.2006 and the impugned order in this revision was passed on 11.07.2006, hence the aforesaid second appeal and the present revision petitions have to be heard together.

In the above circumstances, the Registry is required to place the papers before My Lord Hon'ble The Chief Justice for passing suitable orders to post the second appeal in S.A.No.1001 of 2000 along with this revision petition for disposal of the same.
