Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2017 received by them on 15.07.2019 and representation dated 15.07.2019, 21.06.2021 and 06.12.2021 given to the 1st respondent and to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring 1.70 acres (out of 1.98 acres) comprised in S.No.25/2A1, Athiyandal Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai Disitrict, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2017 received by them on 15.07.2019 and representation dated 15.07.2019, 21.06.2021 and 06.12.2021 given to the 1st respondent and to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring 1.70 acres (out of 1.98 acres) comprised in S.No.25/2A1, Athiyandal Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai Disitrict, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Wilson, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
