ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the contemnors had produced a copy of G.O.(2D) No.859, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, dated 13.12.2025, and claims that the order passed in the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.579 of 2020 has been complied with. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirms the receipt of a sum of Rs.12,74,396/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Six only) as encashment of Earned Leave and Unearned Leave with interest. However, he would submit that the family benefits fund and the G.P.F. are yet to be received by him. 3.Since, predominant portion of the order has been complied with, we do not intend to keep this contempt pending. However, the contemnors shall pay the Family benefit fund and the G.P.F. as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
