purpose of getting instructions qua bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, there has been no response from him.

Since these Civil Revision Petitions have been kept pending for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent, for a considerable period and also bearing in mind the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner that there has been no response from the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated. No costs. Connected M.Ps. are closed.
