The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Letter No.084262/1908/G.57/G.572/2019-1, dated 04.12.2019 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to re-open their official website portal for registering purpose and to further direct the respondents to appoint him as Gangman vide notification issued by the respondent in Notification No.1/2019 dated 07.03.2019 for the post of GANGMAN (TRAINEES).

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous Page No.2 of 5

and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
