ORDER

Seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Kancheepuram and transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Chennai. the wife had preferred the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. The respondent-husband had filed the HMOP.NO.72 of 2023 before the Principal Subordinate Court at Kancheepuram, for divorce. The petitioner seeks transfer of the said HMOP from its file to the Family Court at Chennai, as she finds it difficult to travel from her place to a Court at Kancheepuram. That apart, since the respondent-husband is the resident of Chennai and his work place is in Chennai, he may not have any hardship if the HMOP case is transferred to a Court at Chennai.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent-husband has no objection in transferring the H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2023, pending on its file to the Family Court at Chennai. 2/4

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this transfer petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Kancheepuram and transferred to the Family Court at Chennai.
