Crl.M.P.No.2018 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5002 of 2020 Crl.M.P.No.2018 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5002 of 2020 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner herein directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6687 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5002 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the first petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6687 of in Crl.O.P.No.5002 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020 is modified and the petitioner herein is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
