ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal code, 1860 r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act 2002, in Crime.No.08 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioner came to her house and misbehaved with her and abused her with unparliamentary words. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner misbehaved with the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the investigation is in preliminary stage. 5.Consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence and the investigation is in preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
