This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to call for the records relating to the order dated 30.04.2012 made in Na.Ka.No.1723/A1/2012 on the file of the District Registrar (Administration) Namakkal, the second respondent herein and quash the same.

2. The impugned order was rescinded by the subsequent order dated 16.04.2018. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
