2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1/2012 (Mines) dated 3.3.2017, published on 12.3.2017 in Dinamani daily Newspaper and quash the same as illegal insofar as Serial Nos.1 to 3 are concerned.

3. Aggrieved over the mining activities and the impugned tender notice calling for tenders in this regard, the present writ petition has been filed, by way of public interest litigation.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader has brought to the notice of this court that as against the tender called for, no bidder has come forward with the upset price and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
