This petition has been filed to implead the proposed 2nd respondent/the Inspector of Police, M2, Milk Colony Police Station, Madhavaram, Chennai, as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.775 of 2024.

2. In view of the fact that investigation has been transferred to that agency, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the petition impleading the proposed 2nd respondent as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.775 of 2024 and list the main case on 19.01.2024.
