A.No/6695/2016 in C.S.No.611 of 2016 A.No.6695 of 2016 in C.S.No.611 of 2016 N.SESHASAYEE.J, The suit is laid for damages against the defendants on the allegation that they have murdered the husband of the first plaintiff. 2.In the plaint, the plaintiffs have alleged that the murder itself is an offshoot of certain property dispute, which property is located outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. It is based on this allegation, the defendants have taken out an Application in A.No.6695 of 2016 to revoke the leave granted. 3.This Court does not find any reason to revoke the leave, since the cause of action is the murder of the first plaintiff's husband which has taken place within the territorial limits of this Court. The suit properties are situate outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court may be relevant only for executing a decree which may be passed against the defendants and will have no barring on the cause of action.

4.The Application is therefore dismissed.
