MAHENDRA BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [PONDICHERRY] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time for another 10 days to furnish sureties as granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19629 of 2020 on 22.12.2020. 2 Heard both sides.
