This Contempt Petition is filed under 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.10040 of 2024, dated 10.04.2024. For Petitioner :

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though time was obtained for compliance, the respondent filed an appeal in S.L.P. (Civil). No.19085 of 2025 and the same was dismissed on 25.07.2025 and thereafter, now the order has been complied. The learned Government Advocate would submit that dehors the filing of this proceedings, simultaneously proceedings were being taken to comply with the order dated 10.04.2025 and accordingly, the order has been complied with.

In any event, the order is complied with as on date. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
