(CRIME NO.9/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify that the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 as Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Thiruvellur instead of Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotiyur, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.25069 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25069 of 2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the petition the petitioner has inadvertently mentioned the satisfaction court as Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotiyur, Chennai instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvellur. Therefore, he prays that this Court may modify the order incorporating Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvellur instead of Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotiyur, Chennai and issue fresh order copy.

3. Satisfied with the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Para no.6 of the order dated 23.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.25069 of 2021 to be read as follows: "Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvellur, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:"

4. Accordingly, this modification petition is ordered. All other conditions remain unaltered.
