Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition dated 30.11.2021 in Crl.OP.No.22833 of 2021 as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22833 of 2021 on 30.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e. on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
