This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner pertaining to property situated at bearing door No.1C1, M.K.N.Road, Alandur, Chennai - 16, comprised in S.No.90/2, T.S.No.36, Block No.20, measuring an extent of 368 sq.ft.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application dated 13.11.2019 made by the petitioner for issuance of patta in his favour, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
