Comp.A.Nos.28 to 31 of 2022 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J.

These applications are filed to implead the successful bidder as the 3rd respondent in Comp.A.Nos.11 to 14 of 2022 in Comp.A.No.297 of 2021. The above mentioned Comp.A.Nos.11 to 14 of 2022 were filed by the applicant herein challenging the auction sale process in respect of specific parcels of land in the Gandarvokottai project of Maxworth. Since the proposed 3rd respondent is the successful bidder, these applications are liable to be allowed. Accordingly, these applications are allowed and the proposed respondent is directed to be impleaded as the 3rd respondent herein. The applicant shall carry out the consequential amendment to the cause title and serve a copy of the amended application on the other parties. This process shall be completed on or before 11.02.2022. Issue notice to the 3rd respondent returnable on 11.02.2022.

2. The applicant is directed to obtain instructions as to whether it intends to participate in the auction sale process and revert in such regard on the next hearing date.
