2.The petitioners filed the Transfer Original Petitions under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code to transfer the suits in O.S.Nos.155 & 156 of 2004. The petitioners sought for transfer of the suits making allegations against the Presiding Officer. The District Court, taking into consideration the case of both parties, dismissed the petitions, against which the petitioners have filed above Civil Revision Petitions. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the Presiding Officer against whom the petitioners have made allegations was already transferred.
4.Since the allegations have been made against the Presiding Officer and the said Presiding Officer has been transferred and is not working at Wallajapet, nothing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions. Accordingly, the same are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
