The prayer sought for in the present petition is punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 11.12.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 27178 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mrs.V.Saradhadevi, learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.12.2017, the respondent has completed the investigation and the charge sheet has also been laid.
