It appears that C.C.No.4 of 2012, which was said to be pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, Salam District, had since been transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem and re-numbered as C.C.No.575 of 2020.

This has necessitated the filing of the present petition.

2. Since that is a fact, which is required to be recorded, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
