referred Bill of Entry covered under commercial invoice No. IKX2024000000001 dated 02.01.2024, pending clearance, contrary to the citizens charter adopted by the office of the respondents and contrary to the law laid down by this Honourable High court as modified by the division bench of this Honourable High Court. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consignments covered by the writ petition were released by the Customs authorities. As a consequence, he submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
