(CRIME NO.187/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para 13(b) on him by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.18350/2020 dated 10.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THILAGESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Concerned Magistrate Court every day for a period of five working days successfully and thereafter every Monday until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18350 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18350 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020. is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
